“When I graduated from West High School, I thought I’d go to a four-year college, but then I found out that I could go to Emily Griffith Opportunity School and get a great job in nine months. I finished school and they helped me get an internship at Santa Fe Dental Clinic. I was hired as a dental assistant and now I’m the head extended duty dental assistant. I love my job. Now I can pay my way through college to become a dentist.”
